Astro-FLEX (Astro-Fits Lite EXplorer) is a simple widget for examining FITS files. It does not carry out initial corrections such as bias, dark or flat-field corrections. But it will read and load single files or a sequence of files showing the median. It will also carry out background subtraction and alignment. There are 3 boxes in one row so that images can be compared to each other. A variety of colour schemes, adjustment of the brightness scale, and linear/log are supported. Double-click inside a region-of-interest (ROI) box to obtain statistics. Double-click outside a ROI to see an expanded image. Actions are recorded in a log file, and images can be exported in FITS, png, or jpeg formats. Latest version is 2.0.0; download is below the picture.
